Macrobiotics is a lifestyle philosophy in which food is seen as a medicine that helps to promote and maintain our physical, mental and emotional balance through a diet based on whole grains, vegetables and seasonal fruits, preferably from the region, legumes and their derivatives, algae, oilseeds, good quality oils.
We believe that we are what we eat and for this reason bmacro creates in each dish the balance of flavors, proportions, textures and ways of cooking, so that they contribute to feeling nourished, fully developing and being happy.
This is one of the principles of macrobiotics, by which we govern ourselves when we create our products and our menus.
We prepare our menus in the image of the macrobiotic philosophy that is based on cultural diversity. For this reason, we have included vegan adaptations to the flavors and smells characteristic of various cuisines around the world. Lasagna, bolognese, pizzas inspired by Italian gastronomy, tofu moqueca from Brazil, chickpea and lentil curry from India, Chili from Mexico, Sushi from Japan and our typically Portuguese dishes of feijoadas, seitanas, pataniscas, francesinhas, etc, etc
We chose to restrict the use of foods of animal origin as much as possible out of affection and respect for all animals and for not bringing any benefit to human health.
We distribute our products to offices, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, schools and individuals.
